This opportunity is for a skilled Social Worker specializing in school settings, based in Macomb, MI. This contract position is ideal for professionals passionate about supporting students' emotional, social, and behavioral development within an educational environment.

Responsibilities include conducting individual and group counseling sessions, assessing students' needs, collaborating with educators and families, and developing intervention plans to address academic and social challenges. The Social Worker will also provide crisis intervention, advocate for students' welfare, and connect families with community resources to support student success.

Key qualifications and desired experience:

Professional licensure or certification as a School Social Worker
